A leader who has already built and run an organisation

I am the Founder & CEO of Javed IT Solution, a Dhaka-based digital services company that I built from a single idea into an organisation with multiple specialised teams. Running it taught me the part of business most people only read about — finding the right people, training them, setting clear targets, and keeping a team motivated and accountable.

Alongside leading the company, I am completing my B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering at Dhaka Commerce College. That technical foundation is exactly what lets me modernise HR — turning manual registers, attendance sheets and payroll lists into clean digital systems and dashboards.

I am not looking for a job to learn the basics of management. I have lived them. I want to bring that ownership mindset, discipline and digital edge to GKR New Vision's HR function and help it recruit and retain a workforce worthy of a brand that says "Nothing is Impossible."
